Dr. Kellie Dixon is the founder and CEO of Clear Pathway Consulting Services LLC. With a passion for empowering businesses and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, she brings a wealth of experience in higher eduction, leadership development, and executive coaching.

While working in higher education, Dr. Dixon established Clear Pathway Consulting Services LLC to help organizations and individuals navigate challenges and achieve their goals through tailored consulting solutions and coaching. She believes in the power of collaboration and creativity, working closely with clients to develop strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Outside of work, Dr. Dixon enjoys watching sports, spending time with her yorkipoo, Kofi, and traveling and is dedicated member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

With a vision for a more connected and successful business landscape, Dr. Dixon is excited to lead Clear Pathway Consulting Services LLC on this journey.

Deresha Walkup | Executive Assistant

DeResha Walkup is dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment and plays a key role in managing schedules, coordinating with new blog writers, and overseeing administrative tasks. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help streamline processes, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional consulting services.

Outside of work, DeResha enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and horseback riding, and is passionate about working with children who have austism. She is committed to contributing to the success of Clear Pathway Consulting Services LLC and supporting its mission to empower businesses.

cailyn stackhouse | marketing/social media coordinator

Cailyn Stackhouse is the Social Media/Marketing Coordinator at Clear Pathway Consulting Services LLC, providing essential support to the CEO and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With a background in social media marketing, she excels in advertising, communication, and project management.

Cailyn is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment and plays a key role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing administrative tasks. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help streamline processes, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional consulting services.

Outside of work, Cailyn enjoys being a proud member of her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and is passionate about helping underprivileged youth through her involvement with her church’s summer camp and after school tutorial program. She is committed to contributing to the success of Clear Pathway Consulting and supporting its mission to empower businesses.
